All set for Ghana meets Naija

All is set for the most talked about event in showbiz circles, “Ghana Meets 9ja” which rocks the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre on Friday, July 1.

With their established rivalry on the sporting scene in disciplines such as football and boxing; the rivalry will this time be on the musical stage as the crème de la crème of Ghana music rock shoulders with their colleagues from the continent’s most populous country.

What a day to mark Ghana’s 51st anniversary since becoming a Republic, with the finest musicians from the two sides of the divide battling for the bragging rights on stage.

Preparations have reached the highest stage with the organizers putting finishing touches in their quest to host perhaps the biggest event of the year.

Also, the visiting artistes have arrived and the big rehearsal takes place on Friday night ahead of the big-do 24-hours later.

Nigerian Hip-hop superstar, Naeto C, 9ice, J-Martins and 2Face are all in town for the much anticipated maiden edition of the Ghana meets Naija.

Organizers, Empire Entertainment have promised more exciting performers to the already star-studded line-up of artiste ever to have performed in one night.

Nigerian music fans, both home and abroad are following the event keenly with a huge presence expected at the event.

Ghanaian artistes expected to perform include Castro (Asamoah Gyan), VIP, 4x4, D-Cryme, Atupan, Ruff n Smooth, Stay Jay, Keche and many others.
