International Children's Expo opens on Saturday

Accra, June 26, GNA - Hajia Alima Mahama, Minister of Women and Children's Affairs, will on Saturday open the International Children's Expo in Accra. A statement signed by Mr. George Sackey Jr, Chairman of the Expo Planning Committee, said the five-day event would attract about 10,000 visitors.

He said the Expo would showcase the widest variety of best children's products and services including Educational & Exclusive Toys, Play Ground Equipment, Confectionery, Food and Beverages, Party Services, Banking and Finance, Insurance Packages, Airline Services, Books and Stationery, Health and Drugs, Clothing and Accessories, D=E9cor, Mother Care Products, Schools & After School Care and NGO's. Mr. Sackey said the event would also serve as important platform for the dissemination of relevant children and family issues through the Positive Parenting Seminar.
