The ‘Mugabe’ of Female Vocalist of The Year, Efya has been dethroned

“It's Over, It's all gone, Like it never Happened, Seems like a dream I had yesterday, where my life was full, My life was nice and there was no space, It's an empty space now!”

The above lines are words from Efya’s hit single Forgetting Me and they paint the perfect picture of what she is going through at this moment.

Award winning vocalist Efya Nocturnal has been dethroned as the consistent winner of the Female Vocalist of the Year category at this year’s #VGMAs.

The award which was snatched by sensational Upper West vocalist Wiyaala brings to an end the four year rule of the Forgetting Me singer.

Efya was adjudged Best Female Vocal Performance for the 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 editions of the Ghana Music Awards.

We hope to get an invite to the enskinning of Queen Wiyaala.
