Strange woman in court

Takoradi, Oct. 5 GNA - Drama unfolded at the Takoradi Circuit High Court, on Monday, when a woman who is about 36 year-old strayed into the courtroom without a mission, hanging a black sack over her shoulder.

The woman who smelt of tobacco entered the court premises at 1030 hours and shuttled in and out several times without knowing exactly what she was looking for.

Her strange behaviour attracted the attention of the police personnel on duty who questioned her about her conduct.

This did not go down well with the woman leading to e verbal exchange with the police at the entrance of the court room.

The Presiding Judge, Justice Kwasi Boakye then shouted: "What is the problem over there," the woman retorted with a loud voice "My problem is catch me to the Sekondi Police Station," leading to spontaneous laughter. The police were compelled to whisk her away.
