R2Bees Ready to do Naija

Ghanaian hiphop phenomenon, R2Bees are ready to take the buzz over to Nigeria following the success of their singles 'Yawa Girl' and 'I Dey Mad' in Africa's most populous country. The duo is billed to perform at a star studded event dubbed "Crack Ya Ribs', in Lagos, Nigeria on Sunday December, 12. 'Crack Ya Ribs' features some of the biggest Nigerian acts of the moment, including 9ice, 2face Idibia, D'banj and Naeto C.

Group members, Paedae Pralem and Mugeez have expressed excitement at their first ever performance show in Nigeria. They hope to break into the Nigerian market, which without a doubt is the biggest in Africa. "We wanna kill it", commented Paedae. Altough the group has been together for over 10 years, R2bees are yet to release the debut album, "The Revolution", tentatively this December. The group plans to release the album in Ghana, Nigeria and across Africa on the same date.
