[Photos] EL surprises Ghanaian bride at wedding

The mood at the wedding of Ghanaian-American Senior Airman (SrA) Ofori-Asenso of the US Air Force known in showbiz as P-Kay Ofori-Asenso and his beautiful Bride Amma Serwaa changed when award-winning Ghanaian Hiplife/hip pop star E.L made a surprise entrance.

The artist who, according to sources, was in the USA for some business, made it to the wedding to surprise the Bride, who incidentally was celebrating her birthday on the same day.

He did not only attend but also held down the arena with a swag on the microphone doing what he knows best leaving the stunned Amma Serwaa smiling endlessly in joy.

The groom, P.Kay Asenso, an American who has his roots in Ghana, is an aspiring USA Airforce officer and his bride, Amma Serwaa, is a Biologist and an aspiring medical student.

He is a part-time MC in the USA and occasionally in Ghana when he is not wearing the uniform. He recently returned from Afghanistan to marry his longtime fiancé.

The beautiful cultural-mixed ceremony saw celebrities like Papa Sly, a comedian and distinguished MC who is now based in the USA.

In a telephone interview with P.Kay Asenso, he said, My wife loves EL and I couldn’t think of a better way to make our wedding more memorable than to invite EL to be a part of our union.

EL has since returned to Ghana and doing what he is best known for.
