No Valentine For Yvonne Nelson

Beautiful actress Yvonne Nelson is likely to spend Val’s Day without a lover, following her previous denials of dating some top celebrities and reports that she is still single.

The actress, according to News-One sources, is still single even though she is widely considered as one of Ghana’s actresses who could easily get a man of her choice. She has no man and she will probably be spending the day at her Dansoman home, alone or with her family, instead of perhaps spending the day with a lover, as is normally expected beautiful young ladies of her kind.

As at yesterday, News-One sources could not confirm if Yvonne had a Valentine date for tonight. “I’m gnashing. I am seriously waiting for that date. Maybe I’m sure somebody will take me out. But I don’t have any special plans for Val’s day. I am still waiting for whoever is going to take me out. It is likely, I might gnash. Besides on Val’s Day I have a photo shoot. I just remembered that. I will be doing that for some magazine but I think later in the evening I will be cool,” she confirmed when contacted.

The beautiful actress has gotten fans curious about her love life, especially after she denied being involved with certain male stars that she was linked with.

She has since not given any clue as to who her real man is. In public places, she does not move with men as she always moves in the company of fellow actress Yvonne Okoro, who obviously is her best friend. Last Friday, the two were at the Silverbird Cinema for the premiere of their new titled ‘Pool Party’, also starring Samini, Nasara, Majid Michel, Fred Nuamah, Ekow Blankson, Martha Ankomah, and Eddie Nartey, among others.

Yvonne Nelson was in a gold black Bebe Kadarshian dress which hides her contours but is short enough to reveal parts of her smooth thighs. Her Christian Louboutins shoes also matched her black and gold handbag.

As usual, she was in her red lipstick, a colour associated to Valentine’s Day.

She told News-One that she enjoyed using red lipsticks because to her it looked “hot”. Especially during the night. “I love black, if you observe me, you will notice it but I believe that red pops up and it shows clear. I don’t like these dull, dull colours. For an evening, you should wear red lipsticks. Red lipsticks are an old school thing but it is back again.

Red lipsticks are hot. When I was young, I remember seeing my mum wear red lipstick and then it went out of style but now it is back again. I wear red lipsticks in the evening most often, I don’t do that during the day,” she told this paper.
