Looking good and exuding allure and charm is synonymous with femininity. From the beginning of time, the perquisite of women’s confidence and its sustainability is how good we look in front of the mirror.

Here are few tips to for ladies to turn on the spark. The list follows no particular sequence

1. Mascara

Get the right mascara which will accentuate your face. There are lots of mascaras out there; it’s your duty to figure what which one works for you. When you apply your mascara, don’t be quick about it. Mass up the wand into the base of the lash and do a zigzag motion all the way up.

2. Eyeliner

To get the best out of your eyeliner, tilt your head slightly up and bring your chin closer to your mirror. Start the application from the inner corner and go gently all the way out to the fold on the outside of the eye.

3. Concealer

This beauty essential comes with a variety of shapes and colours. Check the tone of your colour to determine which one suits you. Never rub the concealer in around your eyes. Also don’t ever put concealer on your eyelids as a base else it will cause your eye to crease.

4. Powder

Apply your powder with a fairly large sized brush and start by placing a generous amount onto the puff and spread gently from the front of the face where you want to have the makeup last longer. Much concentration should be at where you want it to last longer such as the cheeks, the forehead and around the nose.

5. Bronzer

Choosing a bronzer that depends on the skin tone, just like the concealer. Make sure whatever u select it should be two shades darker than your natural skin tone. Apply the bronzer on your face (the very spot that will have direct contact with the sun), neck and chest. Ultimately make sure it’s not too heavy and also everything is of the same colour.

6. Foundation

It’s best to make sure the skin is completely clean and before you start using your foundation. You can use your fingers to apply if you want extensive coverage. When using brush, start at the center of the face and blend out.

7. Lipstick

This is the favourite part of our makeup process. Choose a lipstick that matches your lips. Moreover make sure when you are using it, it goes to the inner corners of your mouth. To make a lipstick last longer, dust a little powder on the tissue before blotting.

8. Eye Shadow

You can apply the eye shadow with you index finger if you don’t have a brush. Apply the colour across the entire lid, starting from the base of the lashes and blend all the way up to the brow.

9. Blush

For long face shapes, apply blush on the apples and blend the blush back towards the top ear then down toward the jawline.

10. Eyebrow

Apply your brow pencil or brush to the upper portion of the eyebrow.
