Lexis Bill launches on-air campaign to fete children of Buduburam this Christmas

The host of Hit FM’s morning show, Louis Sakyiamah alias Lexis Bill has launched a campaign on his radio show to raise funds to fete malnourished children at the Buduburam refugee camp, this Christmas season. The radio host has partnered with Point Hope, a Charity that takes care of the children at the camp. Point Hope has a school and they run the nutrition program as well at the SOS school built by the UNHCR.

“They have a lot of malnourished kids so what I want to do is to get them some good food at least during this Christmas season. Some of these kids don’t even know the fun that comes with Christmas. So I launched an on air campaign on my show to involve my listeners so whatever they have, we put it together and get products to give the children a Christmas party,” comment Lexis.

The campaign will run for the next two weeks and donations would be presented on December 16.http://www.ameyawdebrah.com/
