Lawyer Ohenewah hosts Talk Show

Human Rights Lawyer Mary Ohenewaa Afful will soon air her talk show from Thursday November 5, 2013 on some selected media networks such as Multi TV (Adom TV), ZTV, SKYY TV, NET 2 TV, Oman FM, Prime FM, Choice FM, Asempa FM, Pluzz FM, New Mercury (Kumasi) and Angel FM (Kumasi).

The talk show will profile personalities, discuss human rights and gender related issues and debate the legalities, the technicalities and the procedures of the applicable laws on the topic, both civil and criminal.

The show is meant for people whose legal and human rights are or have been abused or violated or contravened, people who cannot afford legal services, women and children who are going through severe domestic violations and marital torture.

The programme aims, among other things, to bring to the doorsteps of the ordinary Ghanaian the laws of Ghana, that is, to let the Individual Ghanaian know his or her legal rights and responsibilities.

Topics to be discussed include landlords and tenants, infertility, bareness, impotency, sodomy, defilement, domestic violence among others.
