Kumasi-based lawyer wins GOIL "Hye no ma" car

Kumasi, April 23, GNA - Mr Johnson Amanfi, a Kumasi-based lawyer was on Tuesday presented with Tata Indigo Saloon car valued at GH¢9,500 by the Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) as his prize for winning the Southern Sector draw of GOIL 'Hye no ma' promotion. In addition to the car, Mr Amanfi received a coupon for a one-month free service of the vehicle, GH¢500 cash, GH¢500 worth of fuel coupon and a carton of GOILTOX insecticides. The 'Hye no ma' raffle is a promotion to honour loyal customers of the company. Presenting the car keys, Madam Patricia Appiagyei, Kumasi Metropolitan Chief Executive, commended GOIL for rendering quality services to the public as well as honouring its promises to customers under the promotion.

She urged the company to continue to be faithful to the public to maintain its good name. The first runner up, Mr Owusu Bempah, received a 21-inch television set plus GH¢200 worth of fuel coupons, a gallon of HD 4050 engine oil and a Polo T-shirt. Mr. Samuel Mensah, second runner-up received GH¢150 worth of fuel vouchers, a cylinder filled with gas and a Polo T-shirt. Mr James Adade of Offinso won the fourth position and was presented with GH¢100 worth of fuel vouchers, a gallon of HD 4050 engine oil and Polo T-shirt. Mr Charles Darko, Managing Director of GOIL, expressed gratitude to the winners for trading with the company and urged them to continue to transact business with it. He reassured that loyalty to the company would continue to be rewarded. Mr. George Ayisi Boateng, Manager of the Asafo GOIL station, venue for the ceremony, said the draw was real and that the winners are not pre-determined. Receiving the keys, Mr. Amanfi stated that he had never regretted trading with GOIL since 1973. "The draw is real and fair," he added.
