Hip life artists to storm stadium on Saturday

Accra, Feb 12, GNA - The Black Queens of Ghana will on Saturday have the backing of some of the nation's hip life artists as they take their Nigerian counterparts, the Super Falcons in the second leg of the Olympic Games qualifying match at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The artist who paid a courtesy call on the Minister of State in charge of Education, Youth and Sports, Alhaji Rashid Bawa on Thursday pledged their support to the course of the Black Queens.

The artists included, VIP, Tic Tac, Sydney, Antwi "N" Antwi, Sony Achiba, King David, Batman, Kokoveli, KK Fosu and Abrewa Nana are to stage a musical concert before the kick off.

The performance of the artists is meant to inspire the Black Queens to go all out to clinch victory for the nation and to urge them on to qualify for the next stage of the qualifiers as well as to offer football fans the opportunity to celebrate the Valentine day in style.
