Grand finale of Mr. Model Ghana 2014 takes off on May 17

The grand finale of the maiden edition of Mr. Model Ghana 2014, a Fame Model Management initiative that aims at discovering and grooming new male faces for the modeling and fashion industry in Ghana will be held at the KAMA Conference Center on May 17, 2014, 7pm.

In an interview with CEO of Fame Model Management, Nana Mensah noted that the maiden edition of Mr. Model Ghana 2014 took off 3 weeks ago with 12 aspiring male models between 18 and 29 years who have the passion and zeal to become professionals in the fashion industry has been showing on Viasat 1’s Fashion GH show, the official TV partners.

He further indicated that the contestants have gone through series of photo challenges including casual, beach and traditional look and have taken part in catwalk events like the fashionista festival and catwalk for orphans 2014.

According to him, the grand finale will pitch 10 models against each other in a night of fashion, music and modeling to a climax with which organizers hope the best gentlemen win to advance in their desire at the KAMA Conference Center at Labone junction on May 17 at 7pm prompt.

The contestants will be adjudged by Kwaku David of Kwaku David Photography, Jeanne Oti of Ojeanne Clothing and Beatrice of pulse fitness gym.

Adding that “although this is not the first time a male fashion pageant is being held, the previous could not survive but Fame Model Management is not vanishing into thin air after May 17 instead his management is as well opened to amateur and professional models between 18 and 29 years with the passion to excel in the modeling industry.”

The finalist are, Jeffrey Stainer Acolatse, 24yrs (6’’1), Frank Boadi Acheampong, 20yrs (6’), Daniel Yankey, 24yrs (6’’1), Sheriff Murphy Sulay, 26yrs (5’’11), Dave Germain Eklou, 30yrs (5’10), Isaac Ribbow, 21yrs (6’’1), Zack Jayden Aziz, 23yrs (5’’ 11), Clifford Selorm Ametefe, 21yrs (6’’2), Prince Ohene Bruce, 28yrs (6’2) and Prince Nii Ayi Armah- Quaye, 20yrs (5’’11).

“Modeling is one of the natural professions gifted to every human; the style and sluggishness in the manner we walk makes us natural model but actually, it takes the passion and zeal to be a professional model” Nana Mensah advised.

Mr. Model Ghana 2014 is supported by Daviva, Pulse Fitness Gym, X-FM 95.1, Krakye GH, Fashion GH and 5 Star Model Management.
