Ghana Telecom holds Eazywin promotion final draw

Accra, March 9, GNA - The Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Telecom, Mr. Prince Oduro-Nyani on Friday emphasized the delivery of quality service to clients, saying it was a top management priority. Speaking at the final draw of GT Eazywin promotion, Mr Nyani said responding adequately to customer demands was essential for the company to maintain its position

as the number one provider of cutting edge communication technology. The Eazywin draw was launched last year to reward loyal customers of the company, who had switched to the use of prepaid fixed line service Eazyfone.

The service enables customers to protect their lines from unauthorized use, help in managing the communication budget and provides adaptability as the card that come with it could be used to make calls on mobile phones.

Mr Oduro-Nyani said GT continued to play the role of the country's communication backbone and was ready to pioneer a number of initiatives that would further enhance and make communication easier. He said GT was poised to fashion out products that would meet customer satisfaction.

Mr Joseph Wereko, General Manager Marketing Communications said the promotion was launched to reward residential account users who had stayed patiently with the company.

In the third and final draw, over 6,664 entries were received from all parts of the country. Mr Michael Amponsah of Accra won the final draw and would have as his prize a Tata saloon car. Meanwhile, two previous winners, Mr Kwabena Yeboah and Darwin Hussein had been presented with the keys to the Tata saloon cars they won in the January and February draws respectively.
