Friends will be divided

“Friends will be divided” is exactly what we are beginning to observe in the Big Brother House. Judging from the way Nominations progress ‘at this particular juncture’ it’s clear that it’s now every man for himself in The Chase.

When Sulu Nominated Natasha, it became evident that The Chase is on – for real. “There’s no time for sister what what now,” Sulu bragged as he exited the Diary Room after doing the unthinkable.

Sulu justified his move though. He made it clear that this is a game and with only a limited number of Housemates left, “a guy’s gotta do what a guy’s gotta do.”

Betrayal, gossip and backstabbing has been the order of the day in the House now as the Chasemates start smelling the sweet smell of the USD300 000. The Chase has reached its halfway mark and this means it’s time for everyone to cover his or her back.

The situation seems to be different in the Diamond House though because they have been quite laidback and happy-go-lucky. We haven’t seen any serious tiffs in this House but we wonder for how long.

Isn’t it ironic that Oneal put Selly on the chopping block when she showed him love and saved him when he was nominated during her tenure as Head of House in Week three?

Maybe it just slipped Oneal’s mind as he mentioned to Big Brother that his thoughts were all over the place during the Save and Replace on Monday evening. Instead Oneal Saved his buddy Elikem and emphasized that he was strategically positioning himself for the future in case Elikem wins HoH.

This whole buddy-bud thing happening between Oneal, Elikem and Sulu has potential of ending on a nasty note. It’s just a matter of time before the three starts betraying each other, or are we wrong?

Annabel , Cleo, Melvin , Natasha, Pokello and Selly are up for possible Eviction this week.
