Ernest Opoku admits to selling one song to two artistes

After enjoying all the bad press on selling one song to two Gospel artists, celebrated Ghanaian Gospel musician, Ernest Opoku has finally spoken on the issue, apologized and described the act as an oversight.

Speaking exclusively to www.nydjlive.com, Ernest Opoku explained he lost sight of the fact that he had already sold the song to Francisca Sarpong, a Gospel musician about four years ago since it had not been released.

He further stated his attention was only drawn to the situation when the management of Lady Angie, the new artist to whom he sold the same song informed him of a similar song being played on radio and telecast on TV which called for his immediate apology and his decision to compensate Lady Angie by writing for and recording four extra songs with her.

Ernest Opoku explained he had sorted things out with the artists involved and was already in the studio recording with Ghanaian US based artist Lady Angie.
