Don’t charge payola for peace songs – Borax tells radio presenters

Borax Borax

Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Big Borax, has appealed to Disk Jockeys (DJs) and on -air presenters who play music not to charge payola from musicians who want to promote peace songs.

In an interview with Kaakyire Ofori Ayim on Atinka AM Drive, Borax known in real life as Nathaniel Adjetey Larbi mentioned that his peace song for instance is not for commercial purposes hence people should not expect money when they are approached to help promote the song.

“Presenters should not expect payola from me on my peace song; I will give if I have,” he added.

He added that he has come out as a musician and a mouth piece of other musicians to serve as a watch dog on politicians ahead of the December election.
