Crow robs contractor of 5 million cedis

A mysterious crow, known in akan circles as "kwaakwaadebi" has robbed a man hole contractor, Yaw Atinga of 5 million cedis at Odumase near Sunyani in the Brong-Ahafo region. The victim, Yaw Atinga told Space FM's Asempa Asa that he won a contract to dig a man hole at Odumase.

He said together with his men, they started work about three days ago and were half way through when the land lord brought them 5 million cedis out of the 18 million they charged for the job.

Atinga continued that he put the amount in a black polytene bag and placed it under a tree some meters away from where they were digging the hole. Some few minutes later, a crow flew down and snatched the polytene containing the money and bolted.Tried as they could, the four men who were at the scene failed to arrest the "robber".In his state of shock, Atinga managed to advise the public to be careful about how they keep monies.
