Cee Not Shocked After Eviction

Cee, one of the contestants in the Mentor 2 reality show, last Sunday made a no-shock exit from the competition.

In fact, those who could not catch a glimpse of the show did not only miss the excitement, but also the actions displayed by the evictee and her colleagues after her name was mentioned as the one evicted.

Consequently, her colleagues also did not show their usual feeling of sadness when a member was evicted, but were rather full of smiles as they lined up on stage and watched their friend put her last performance.

Unlike previous contestants who always looked shocked after being evicted, Cee, one of the Ashanti Region contestants, received her news with an aura of ease.

She seemed totally not bothered about her eviction.

Subsequently, Adez was seen traversing the stage to grab the microphone to back Cee in her singing.

Last Sunday?s show seemed to be a challenging one for the contestants, as almost all of them did not really fare well.

Dee, who was first to perform, did not learn the song well and as such could not sing out the lyrics.

Rose had problems with her stagecraft as did Vic, while Sandy was criticised for bad diction and poor breath control and stagecraft.

Anita, however, was commended for performance but was advised not to get swollen-headed, having been voted back. Described on different occasions as ?Mamaba?, ?humble lion?, among others, Joe, the favourite of most audience, did well but could not convince the judges.

It was mentioned he had a problem with his key and notes, likewise Cee.

Kofi, who seemed to be at the edge of breaking the genre of performance that night, however ended up causing an argument between two of the judges, Mark and Akosua.

Whereas Mark was not pleased with his show, Akosua, on the other hand, felt he did well and therefore spoke her mind to Mark concerning his ?harsh? decision.

Dominic, also one of the judges, however vindicated Mark, as he was also not pleased with Kofi?s performance.

Though Prince was exceptional for Mark, Dominic ruled it out that his performance was not the best, while Adez also could not check the loudness in her voice.

Indeed, Mark Okraku Mantey had a field day, as he did not hesitate to point out faults he found with contestants? performances.
