Anita Erskine is guest judge on Vodafone Icons Remix this week

The One Show’s Award Winning TV Presenter and Producer Anita Erskine will be in the Judging seat on Icons Remix this week.

Anita Erskine started singing in the church at the age of 13 and since then, she has had an off and on career in music.

Along the way, she has lent her voice as backup vocals to big names such as our own Gena West, Reggie RockStone and Becca.

Although her career in Television and Film making have taken the forefront in her life, music remains one of her biggest passions.

Her company,Brand Woman Africa, is currently producing a 13 – track album featuring Efya, Gena West, Michelle McKinney Hammond, Ofie Kudgjoe, Kenya’s Angela Angwenyi and Botswana’s Berry Heart, out in March 2015.

Now the host of Viasat 1’s 'The One Show', Anita has her eyes on Global Domination, and she believes her Music is one of the elements that will get her there.

Anita will begin working on her music professionally, working with a blend of some of Ghana’s finest producers and songwriters such as One Nation’s Jimmy Davis, Kwam 1 and Victor Randolph.

Icons Remix airs on Viasat 1 on Saturday 9pm, TV3 and GH 1 on Sundays at 9pm.
