Atta Mills addresses NDC rallies in Gomoa East

Agona Mankrong (C/R) Aug. 28, GNA - The Flag bearer of National Democratic Congress (NDC) Professor John Evan Atta-Mills on Wednesday addressed well-attended NDC rallies at Agona Nsaba, Duakwa, Asafo, and Mankrong to end his week-long campaign tour of the Central Region. Prof Mills also introduced Mr Theophilus Maranga, the NDC parliamentary candidate for the Agona East constituency and urged the people to vote massively for him as the President, and Mr Maranga as the Member of Parliament (MP).

The Professor assured Ghanaians that he would not disappoint them, if voted into power as the President of the nation, but would ensure effective administration for better and prosperous Ghana. He urged the supporters to intensify their campaigns to win more people to vote for him, since political victory is of numbers. Among the speakers were Madam Ama Benyewa Doe, National Women's Organiser of NDC, Mr Kwesi Ahwoi, member of the campaign team, Mr Valis Achianu, Central Region Chairman of the party, Mr Yaw Boateng Gyan, Deputy National Organiser of the party and Mahama Ayariga, MP for Bawku Central. They all advised Ghanaians to come out in their numbers and vote the NPP out and replaced it with the NDC.
