eoco staff must be given special bonus on all investigations that leads retrieving of cash and properties for the state. the whistle blowers are to be rewarded. all these rewards shd come fromthe penalty on the perpetrators.

In the end,you may find out that the activities of some staff members have been part of the problem and this may have led the company to close down as they may have prevented management to operate. You may also find out that financial indebtedness was already in existence before the board took over. So then, who will the true perpetrators be? Staff, previous board, or board members mentioned in the article. EOCO, we await the results of your report.
