Many of Mahama's failures are criminal and in many countries would have been prosecuted as such.Had Rawlings inherited the seat from Mahama he would have caused his arrest or even worst.We all knew that there was massive incompetence in Mahama's government but never imagined the imense damage they caused.That is why it is essential to make operational now a very independent and powerful national prosecuter .Government accountability and consequences for crimes in office must be strongly persued now to serve as a precedent in the system and a deterrant to all Office holders.Looting and dereliction of duty by State Officials are and must be treated as treasonous crimes against the State.
