Your marketing staff (Agents) do not tell clients the truth about your policies and operations. They lie in order to entice clients to take up policies with greater expectations which turns out to be false.

Woe unto you if they get hold of your details, especially if you are a government worker.
Controller will just send you a message that so and so amount has been processed to be deducted from your salary; and then they will put a question. Is that true? If it's not true send a message to so and so email address to make a complain.
IT'S STILL DOESN'T WORK. they will go ahead and deduct.

Only lazy and unserious people focus on transport allowance and complain it is small. I did not even have transport allowance when I started working in Glico. Pure commission and I am proud I made much commission to settle myself and have started a family with it. I am my own Boss as a sales executive.

Their customer service is very good.

I picked a policy with glico and I did not regret. I paid 60 months contribution of 20ghana and they gave me 1480. for me I beg to differ.
