In every party all over the world, there are dissenting views. Take what is happening within the Republican party in the US. Several core Republicans have already abandoned their party's candidate Donald Trump. Some of them have even declared their support for Hillary, Trump's rival. Yet, nobody in the US is talking about or imagining death for these dissenters. Interestingly, in Ghana (and in the NPP) where we claim we are more god-fearing than the Americans, NPP pastors are seeing death for those who among them who express dissent against their candidate, Akufo Addo.
This shows how far the NPP is taking their intolerance under Akufo Addo. Their candidate Akufo Addo is being portrayed as a god or a voodoo such that, those in the NPP who disagree with him must die.
NPP under Akufo Addo has become legendarily intolerant. In the time of JA Kufuor, there were prominent people in the NPP who did not see him as the right candidate for them but no one wished for them death. Those who disagree with even the majority have their democratic right to do so.
