The Bank of Ghana should do Background checks on Fidelity Bank. Many things do not support its public posture.

Banks all over the country are shedding off staff. Restructuring is taking place because of the introduction of Technology. Now we have Cash deposit machines, Cheque deposit machines, HR payroll systems. This means no need for human presence..

The workers are been exploited because there is no union to negotiate good n reasonable packages for them.just basic pay instead of the gloss stipulated in the contracts of staff.its peanut of package.
