If this is done to a dozen people all involved will sit up. Then this nonsense will end. In developed economies accountability works. Of course they don't put round pegs in square holes.

You just delete names but did not find out who were taking those monies?. If you fail to name, shame and punish then it is only a month and new ghost names will appear. Work done zero!!!!!
