In kuffour's NPP, the a 70 year old JB Dankwa held the position of CDS for 8 good years unprecedented in the History of the Armed Forces. The IGP position moved for Owusu Poku to Owusu Nsiah and to Acheampong all Ashantis. The same was practiced in the other Security Services. In NDC time, the CDS moved from an Nzima to a Ga and now a Northerner. The IGP moved from a Fanti, to a Ga, to a Northerner and now to an EWE. At least the minority tribes are also being taken care of by JDM. That is the difference between the NPP and the NDC>
