It is only in Ghana would such a dishonorably idiot be on the government pay roll. Professor Mill should be solely blamed for imposing those criminals on us. After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

This is just about the release of the original funds. No new funds but the phasing of the allocation. The only good news will be news about internally generated funds. Government should focus on investments which generate cash flow to the country like cocoa and Industry.
That will be the only solution to our problems. Any new loans just makes our situation worse. Greece was in exactly the same situation as us when they were given loans which today they can't pay. The IMF is asking them to cut expenditure on vital services like pension, health and social infrastructure in order to pay for the loan. In three years time they will be coming back for their money and we have to take money for vital services to pay for it. Dumsor will worsen, education budget, police, nhis and all our vital services would suffer.
Mahama is appointing the likes of Kobby acheampong, anita desoso and co to key institutions to dig us out. What a donkey.

I am sure you don't understand what is going on. The money was not invested in any cash generation project so how will we pay for it. At a time when our loan repayments was low and we had high revenue from oil, cocoa, minerals and tax revenue, this government couldn't cope. They also took huge loans which now they have to repay. How do you think we will manage. Cocoa farmers are complaining about lack of input materials, their yields are down as a result. Industry is suffering because of dumsor and diminishing purchasing power of Ghanaians, the trend for government revenue is going down without any visible projects being put in place to address the decline. The forecast is bleak so how can things be great. Please explain it to us.

I bet if we helplessly look on doing nothing, we will wake up one day as people to find ourselves as slaves in our own country as the incompetent Mahama led government will do anything for power out of political ignorant to handover our dear country for free to foreign gold diggers that is if we are not even enslaved already.
Ghana leadership has no clear cut political agenda for social economic transformation, no any strategic economic direction, no vision, no national priority, no managerial skills for innovation, creativity for any effective decisions for our own survival under such bigotry government than to go hand over our sovereignty to the foreign corporate criminals led by the IMF.
My question to our leaders today is, they should show by evidence any country around the whole entire world that has succeed with bailout money and make their people benefited to be happy with IMF borrowed money?
I remember Gen. Acheampong's self reliance policy with operation feed yourself. Why do we have to kill him anyway seeing what we have at hand today? what was the essence of the senseless killings?
I cry not for myself but for my children and the next generation.

Decisions made in the duffuor era are the things affecting us now. The huge deficit in 2012, woyome, akunfem, gyeada etc were all things which happened under duffuor. The low inflation, high growth, the unprecedented cocoa revenue, were all also as a result of previous policies during the kuffour regime. Policies to revamp the cocoa was initiated by the agricultural ministry, oil by energy ministry, roads and other infrastructure were initiated by other ministries other than the finance. What the kuffour finance minister did was safeguard what ever revenue was being produced by the other ministries and coordinating all the activities to ensure value for money and cash flow management.
Terpker is cutting down on the wastage but we need the other ministers to raise their game for the economy to move forward. The impact of whatever Terpker is doing now would be felt later but unfortunately with the performance of his other ministerial colleagues, his legacy could be reduced to damage limitation. I don't expect things to get much better but I expect things to be much worse under someone like duffuor
