It is only in Ghana would such a dishonorably idiot be on the government pay roll. Professor Mill should be solely blamed for imposing those criminals on us. After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

This report is not strange. All that the Assemblymen/women do is collect T&T, eat lunch and other frivilous monies. It is these same people who enter parliament where the stakes are higher - bigger fishes are caught; useless travels outside the country; fronting for thieves and coke barons to secure loans for govt then get paid for'finder's fee'. Is it any wonder that our parliament lacks quality?

Those people are allergic to development. They are content with their poverty stricken environment and must be allowed to wallow in that poverty. The unfortunate thing is that, whilst they choose to remain kleptomaniacs and think mainly about stealing and incest behavior, they go millions of miles to covet, jealous those are development oriented.

Tsibu should be in the South Dayi District and attend meetings at Kpeve the District Head Office which is 5 kilometres away instead of Dzolokpuita whic is 20 kilometres. This is commonsense

Ghanaian education and culture stunts creativity and imagination. When I was a student in Ghana, the buffoons teachers and masters branded me a misfit and swore that I would end up an armed robber simply because I spoke my mind and thought and dressed different from the baboon lot.

It's not the government; it's the people and the primitive culture of mediocrity, and lazy elderly hierarchy. I was giving my father instructions on how to do beautiful things with my money and how it should be spent. he tells me: I am your father, I am almost 70 years old, don't you trust me? It is not a mater of trust; "It is knowing how to do things properly, which you don't seem to grasp." I said.
The old man asked me where I learnt to be so snobbish. Guess what; in spite of my direction and instruction on documentation for 10 acres of land purchased for an important project, he still did everything wrong like a bushman. This was supposed to be the first of five acquisitions for a project. Now, I cannot trust him to even follow my simple instructions to get fundamental in place, s the project is on hold till I am ready to execute it myself.
That is why Ghana is backward and undeveloped. Ignorance and refusal to learn from others. It is as if you don't even watch TV or learn from what you see. It is a shame.

Do we expect a newly created district to be non-functional? Was there seed money for operations? Why didn't they give a breakdown of the money so we actually realise that money goes into street lights and many urgent community development demands that are usually made during festive seasons and Easter?
LET'S STRIVE TO FACE REALITY AND KNOW THAT DEVELOPMENT WILL NEVER COME TO US WHEN ALL WE KNOW HOW TO DO IS CRUCIFY WITHOUT GETTING OUR FACTS RIGHT.
People who offend must definitely be punished but the trial must be fair else both me and you will be victims to wrongful crucifixion.
