The clear and transparent assessments made regarding the power sector are no different than they had been for decades. However, combined with all the other problems Ghana is facing today things have totally spun out of control. It all goes back to totally incompetent governments with their cronies (read Mahama brothers at the current times) who are unwilling to fix anything. They beg the world (IMF, EU, US) for help but what they get is too little too late.
As they are too weak for any real structural change this ridiculously small IMF loan will eat them alive. Watch closely, the process has already begun. See what happened to the Cedi over the last month - while BoG had IMF funds to intervene.
One thing always proves right: a currency out of control cannot be fixed. The guys try everyday and fail sorrowly while the banks make their daily profits. At least the VP should be able to explain to his boss the unstoppable disaster.

Put all Govt Agencies and Ministries on Prepaid meters. Thats all we need to do. ECG simply do that and stop grumbling and work.

He's always thinking of his stomach,instead of doing party work,but wait for the party to win and he ll change his colors for position.This Asante traitor dumped Kufour to form his own party UGM.But when other loyalists of the party stayed and fought for victory,he rather benefited,today we re in opposition and he's up to his games again waiting for the fool to fight for him to eat, but we shall see.Anyway I like his bushy hair,it reminds me of kalandan park .
