It's not a question of treating them like criminals. Anyone who kills another human being is a criminal and murderer and must be locked up for life. There should be no tolerance for political violence in the country. The police must meticulously and thoroughly investigate to bring everyone involved in planning and execution to justice, regardless of social status. If they don't , they will do it again to someone else.
We need to set example for the younger generation that violence will not be tolerated in Ghana in any shape or form. No one individual or group is more important than the aggregate society. We do not want to be like Somalia and other war stricken societies around the continent. Any politician found to be involved must be swiftly arrested and prosecuted to deter future recurrence.
