AND THEY DEPRIVE PEOPLE IN HEAVILY CROWDED SMALL BUSINESSES FOR INSTANCE IN TESHIE AND NUNGUA, FOR INSTANCE THE SPARELY POPULATED AREA OF NUNGUA WHERE SOME BULLY POLICE OFFICER RESIDES GETS POWER WHILE THE REST FROM THE GHANA COMMERCIAL BANK TRAINING SCHOOL DOWN TO THE MAIN ROAD ARE ALWAYS IN DARKNESS.
