The current voters in NDC and NPP is equal so those who really decide are floating voters. Floating voters expect non corrupt, true leadship not this money sharing. They have worsened the economy so the best thing they can do is to share monies to their members for no work done.
NPP is also did the same thing when they were in power. Where do they get money to do this?
