    In the countries you mention, those responsible for maintaining the roads would be charged with criminal negligence. On conviction, they would be fined and sacked.

    Is it not Ghana Roads and Highways Authority or has it been changed? They are as far as I know,the Department for road maintenance.

    At least if they wont beautify the other regional capitals, they should beautify Acrra. At it stands now, Acrra is a far cry of a national capital. filth and darkness is what greets a tourist at night when he visits Ghana.

    The highway was built with donated money - so why should Ghana care.

    When it is totally useless, there will be some other kind foreign country and build us new one.
