I support local business 100 percent but this is not just a local/foreign argument. The NPP is great at selling Ghana far worse than anyone.
Let's begin to question every motive, fellow Ghanaians.

I agree with Justice Emile Short that the language used by GBA was inappropriate but at the same time, it is true that Afari Gyan's credibility was dented and the image of the Electoral Commission tarnished by what was revealed at the SC Presidential Petition hearing. If Afari Gyan could not define over-voting then why is he the Electoral Commissioner?
The GBA erred to have suggested the appointment of a new EC in advance when the existing one retires in 2015. That is against the constitution and it's sad that those who should be defending the constitution sought to undermine it. I hope they have learnt a lesson from this misguided and uncalled action.

I think the authorities have to start checking cameras in the House if they have one,it seems some people including these MPs are deliberately breaking the chairs to score political points, arm rest of a chair cannot just break that way,it is sad that we keep playing politics with everything with the help some cheap and backward Journalists, especially those from the Daily Guide, shame on them.
My question to Daily Guide is can they be bold to tell us they don't have anything in their office which is made in China or made in anywhere outside the country,or they don't buyany made in China goods?
All over the world no matter what you will buy Chinese goods and Ghana is no exception but instead of keeping our mouths shut,we keep making empty noise forgeting that we don't produce even tooth pick.

Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

Worse still we don't care about the background of the one we are voting for: whether a thief, a rapist, drug addict or drug baron we don't mind at all. Provided s/he is my tribe/party person. If you vote the wrong person into power based on such irrational thinking, how do you expect such a person to deliver like an MP in the UK or USA?
Think about it: Have you ever questioned how come people are virtually adoring Nana Addo, as if he is an exceptional person? Certainly Nana is just a junkie, a despicable trouble causer who is permanently angry and is so divisive that he will plunge this country into turmoil worse than what Charles Taylor did to Liberia? Surely, tribal/party reasons are the cause!

Seems to be a concerted effort to blacken and discredit everything Chinese these days. I wonder who is behind this.Western powers continue to be increasingly worried about the growing influence of China in Africa and elsewhere.Americans and Europeans woke up on the 8th of October 2014 to be informed by an IMF news release that the Chinese Economy had just overtaken the USA economy in terms of GDP.The world will never be the same again. Hopefully our Chinese friends will begin to behave themselves as they take over the mantle of the richest country in the world. The attempts by Western powers especially the USA to disparage all things Chinese will not work in the long term. Planting stories in the news media against the Chinese will not work. MY ADVICE TO THE CHINESE EMBASSY: YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE IMAGE OF CHINA IN GHANA DOES NOT SUFFER. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS?
