The chief's role of keeping the population alive is simply not enough.
They must actively be involved with the current development strategies other wise they are sooner or later going to be the cause of poverty in Ghana

Chiefs, put the house in order before looking for investors. Investors are wealth managers for multiple people who are waiting for return on their investments. But the Ghanaian civil/public servant works as if they have all the time in this world. For instance a procedure that takes an hour becomes a whole day affair on and on you all know it, I will say it the parlance "go & come back to tomorrow"
