Ghana is a lawless country, people pay bribe to obtain their driving license just because they can move a car. The police assign to check the roads are also working for themselves.The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), the Police Motto Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD), and National Road Safety Commission (NRSC) are all waste of time and tax payers revenue. I don't think any country can beat Ghana when it comes to corruption.

Alot has to change.Including changing the gears from shift to automatic.
Driving automatics makes it easy to control the car In times of trouble. Because both hands are on the steering wheel.

The 2000 per year deaths due to accidents is more than the deaths due to Ebola in the ravaged countries, however successive governments have done nothing to reduce these accidents. Maybe they are waiting for the international ... read full comment

Weed out the illiterate drivers who cannot read road signs.
Introduce road test examinations for the acquisition and renewal of licenses.
Withdraw driving privileges for multiple infractions of the traffic laws.
