    I hope the Grass Cutters don't flee to the Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast, while the Books of these Farmers have no record of any significant expenditure to show proper management of the funds.

    wasteful investments. If 60 grasscutters and cages cost $500.00, Why don't we give 500 farmers a $1000.00 each to plant 500,000 more cocoa trees. In three years that could translate into 20000 bags of cocoa and provide over a ...
