    PLEASE CHANGE ALL STAFF WITHIN THE MINISTRY OF SPORTS; THERE IS A GROUP DICTATING THE PACE. WE'LL CONTINUE TO BE IN THIS SITUATION IF WE FAIL TO REVAMP THE SYSTEM. SACK THOSE THAT NEEDED TO BE SACKED.
