    THOSE REMANDED FOR FOUR TO FIVE YEARS WITHOUT THE ADJUCATION OF THEIR CASE SHOULD GAIN THEIR FREEDOM UNDER ONE CONDITION. LET THEM PLEAD GUILTY AND THEIR SENTENCE WILL BE THE TIME SERVED.
