Prof., almost everyday we read about assistance for SME's which cannot be accessed, hence large numbers of Graduate unemployment. The problems are i. Lack of Management skills; ii. Lack of sufficient Financing iii. Lack of a Business Plan. The solution is College Business Incubators in the Universities to prepare students before they graduate. Good luck.
