Simple thieves do not dig meters deep down the earth to steal electricity and communication cables but really do petty stealing, like stealing one or two tubes of cassava, pulling one pineaple, pawpaw, mango from someone's farm, which I can say almost every Ghanaian has done at least once.
For instance, I never went to steal pinapples, but when crossing a pineapple farm, the fine scent of ripe ones caused me to pull one for self consumption and not for sale.
I do not support JB's call for doing instant justice to them, I'm of the opinion that they should be drastically dealt with.

If they yearn so much to fire their weapons, they should just go to the range and fire off a few rounds. I'm in the United States military, and i've deployed twice, once to Ballad Iraq,and Parwan Afghanistan. My platoon, while on numerous missions, positively identified a few guys (Taliban) on our wanted list. These guys, at separate individual times, took to their heels, but we did not engage. We eventually caught them after proper tactical movement and interrogation. Ghanaian military and police need to stop shooting at every chance they get.
