No landlord shall charge a maximum of 6 months lease on any property rental in the country. Preferably, first and last month lease payments plus the current lease amount, hence 3 month payment in advance to occupy any rental property.

The Govt should come in to layout CLEAR the Guidelines WITHIN which EVERY DEVELOPER should operate!
Ghanaians are prone to BUILD ANYHOW and in the end there's trouble trying to pull down STRUCTURES which have NOT been sited ... read full comment
