    how can it work. if the diaspora is the 11th region, why do we have to pay huge amount as visa fees before entering? more must be done to woo us.

    No one but your family waits for remittances. Diaspora must pay taxes like bonafide Ghanaians, then you can access services. Until then, you pay all fees, as long as you hold a US or British or non-Ghanaian passport!
