Given that developed countries are investing in early years and ensuring that children get the grip of quality education from the a very early start. Ghana is still in the dark ages. Therefore children from poorer families misses out on nursery education . This is key to quality education at primary level. Ghanaian children do not get any head start in education if families are poor. Thereby creating the gap between vulnerable children and well off even wider. Every child deserve to have a right to education period. The Minister of Education never put this forward in the 2015 budget statement. So who will?
