You might be partially correct but remember that some professionals go back and try to implement projects and run into road blocks. Sometimes the problem is on the Ghana side.

Why should they go home when the country is being run by CORRUPT cocaine politicians with the full backing of thugs, armed criminals, hooligans etc. etc. who are hell bent in doing them harm by the least chance they get. Not only that; why should these intellectuals be dictated to by some cocoasini politicians? Have you ever shipped items or car(s) to GH only to pay 2X its original amount on some ridiculous custom duties, taxes and bribes alone? You think you’re genuinely paying to the GH. of Gov’t. coffers to sustain itself, ONLY to realize months later the harbors in GH are operating at a loss. Why did ALL the money go? Your guess is as good as palmwine in a calabash. The road blocks in GH alone exceed the highest peak on MT. Everest. The double agony is that; the more you complain to RIGHT any wrong in GH, the more they stick it up your ASS like rhino horn. Ouch! It hurts so bad to a breaking point that you're tempted to say “To Heck with it” and back to US as painful as it is. Do I need to say more?
Masa, its better for them to stay put in US than head home. Think about it.
