    Prof they will not improve our lives through investments else we will not pay huge monies to go and live in their countries for them to hunt us and use us indirectly.

    We have nothing to offer, that is the reason we lay emphasis on titles instead of realities. We will continue begging for loans and grants to feed ourselves, but we want it called "Partnership".
