I remember having lived in a hostel with some francophones in Reutlingen, a stone-throw from Tübingen both in Schwaben, they nick-named me "le chien" ie "the dog". They did not know I had taken French up to Form 5.
In the kitchen these "ewige" students (some wasted 18 semesters without Diploms ie the final MSc degree) would insult a non-francophone like the victims are not human beings. Fortunately for them and otherwise for us, Germany is the last place one would try beating up somebody - otherwise, I'ld have crushed them like a shredder does to paper.
Apart from Levi, who is a member of that "NGO", which person has made any positive comment about the "festival"?

An African Festival or event in germany is always so sad. Here you can see africans celebrating their coulture. They come to such occasions wearing chinese Shirts and italian shoes. They behave like they have nothing to do with africa and look down on those africans who for example dress african. Then you can see some (aspecially african men) who behave disrespectfull to the ladies. (probably because they are far from home and there is no one to watch them.?)
I have been on many festivals of foreign nations in germany but the africans are the sadest ones. Ghanaians and Nigerians are knowen for rude behavior and lack of manners in public. How sad?
