The President and the Finance minister must understand that industry is very capital intensive and very difficult to handle in this environment. They must take all the policy measures necessary to allow maximum cash flow to remain in the hands of industry to allow the rapid transformation that the NPP wants. They must think through their polices because some new policies which are being carried out will seriously damage some industries and their ability to survive and grow.
